We're tired. And that's an understatement. I'm thinking this may be good practice for how we'll feel when the baby comes...!

| Malibu Discipleship Camp, 13 Weeks |
Over the course of the past month, we've led two Young Life camping trips to Malibu Club in British Columbia Canada and taken more than 70 people...teenagers...with us. It's been a blast as Malibu is our favorite place on the planet and we actually love teenagers (talk to us for any length of time and you'll figure that one out!), but coordinating the finances, health & border crossing documents (for an underage crew), transportation...I could go on...has been exhausting but wonderful at the same time. On top of "everyday life," work and play, coordinating all this has felt like we're running a marathon.

The good news is, the trips have wrapped up and they were incredible and life changing. And, we only had one boy lose his birth certificate and Joey sweet talked the guard into letting him over the border so all is well, ha!
In addition to all the camp awesomeness, we have the amazing privilege of being part of the upcoming Bjornstad wedding! Sabrina and Garrett were our Maid of Honor and Best Man four years ago, and now we've had the honor of standing by them as they prepare for marriage. The bridesmaids and I threw Sabrina's first shower this past Saturday, and it was a blast! The bridesmaids all get along so well (Sabrina knows how to pick good friends!) and Sabrina has some pretty special people in her life that were fun to chat with, too.

In pregnancy news, we're almost 20 weeks, which means we find out what we're having...yay! This Friday is the big ultrasound that should determine whether we're having a boy or girl, so cast your final bets while you still can! :) If it's a girl, Joey owes me something (I forget, haha), and if it's a boy I have to make Joey a pecan pie. Either way, we will be stoked! We're also about 90% sure on names, so stay tuned!

In addition, we've bought our baby's first bed (thank you to Great Grandma and Grandpa West for this special gift!) and set it up in the nursery, and are gearing up to decorate and paint in the coming months. Baby is the size of a small cantaloupe, and we're halfway there, so we figure it's time to begin getting ready! Plus, I'm a major planner. Shocker.
